We do our best to source the most unique and innovative products at the best possible prices. Because of this, we often ship directly from our suppliers' warehouses, which are located internationally in US, Canada, China, Singapore, and Ukraine. This means orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually. You may receive one item earlier than another. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at the same time - your other items are on the way! If you do not receive all items in your order order within 8 weeks, please contact us and we'll look into your shipment for you.

Please allow 2-7 business days for processing your order. After this processing time, your order will be ready to ship out.
Then, it usually takes 2-4 weeks for shipping to the US and 3-5 weeks for international shipping, depending on your location. However, due to the distance between countries, slow postal services, and shipping delays it can sometimes take up to 2 months. Also, at peak delivery times such as the Christmas season in December, delivery may take longer than normal. It depends what you purchased/where you live! For items that ship from our overseas suppliers, (including most of our non-t-shirt, mug, and hoodie items) there's typically a delay in tracking information being updated from the time the package enters postal facilities in China to the time it's processed at the local postal facilities in your country. During non-peak times, this typically takes less than 5 days, but during peak shipping times it can take as long as 8-12 days, or over two weeks in extreme situations. These delays are out of our control and typically due to customs, weather incidents, or postal service backlogs.

For any changes that need to be made to your order, please note that we are only able to make changes to your order if it has not been fulfilled yet. If you want to change anything in your order, please contact us via email email@example.com by 11:59PM EST the same day order was placed. If the order has been shipped, we can no longer make modifications to your order.
Although we do our best to source the best quality products for our customers, unfortunately unexpected issues or damage can take place while your package is in transit.
